Manzil enables access of young girls (14-21 years) to quality vocational education and economic opportunities for increasing their agency to act independently and make their own choices. This allows prevention of early marriages and subsequently delays first pregnancies.
There are different users of the application according to their roles, when a new girl is registered to the app then it is enrolled in a batch for training purpose after trining is completed job interview is conducted through a interview pool after clearing the interview girl got placed.
